September 20 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian machine engineering company Hydraulic Elements and Systems (HES) [BUL:4HE] said on Friday that it generated sales revenue of 3.0 million levs ($1.7 million/1.5 million euro) in August, slightly up from its forecast for 2.9 million levs in monthly sales, made last month.
HES reported accumulated sales of 42.6 million levs in January-August, up by an annual 3.73%, and expects to generate a further 5.1 million levs in September, the company said in a bourse filing.
If the company meets its September sales expectations, its annual sales growth will accelerate to 4.02% in January-September.
Accumulated gross profit amounted to some 3.5 million levs in January-August.
HES is part of blue-chip industrial group Stara Planina Hold [BUL:5SR].
