At end-October, Bulgaria's gross foreign debt was equivalent to 92.8% of the gross domestic product (GDP) projected for 2012, the central bank said in a statement.
Bulgaria's long-term foreign debt was 26.99 billion euro and the short-term debt totalled 9.7 billion euro at the end of October.
