At the end of September, Bulgaria's gross foreign debt was equivalent to 109.2% of the country's gross domestic product projected for 2009, the central bank said in a statement.
Bulgaria's long-term foreign debt was 24.159 billion euro and short-term debt totalled 12.398 billion euro at the end of September.
