Bulgaria's gross foreign debt at the end of July was equivalent to 107.2% of the country's gross domestic product projected for 2009, the central bank said in a statement.
Bulgaria's long-term foreign debt was 23.881 billion euro and short-term debt totalled 12.439 billion euro at the end of July.
