Rodopi Eco Projects will now hold the concession rights for the Shumachevtsi dol-Androu deposit, the Murzyan-north section of the Murzyan deposit, as well as the South Petrovitsa section of the Gyudyurska deposit, the government said on Wednesday following its weekly meeting.

All three concession contracts were signed in 2004. Two of the contracts - for Shumachevtsi dol-Androu and Murzyan-north - were signed for a 35-year period, while the Gyudyurska contract initially had a term of 12 years, which was later extended by a further 15.

Rodopi Eco Projects is a wholly-owned unit of local Minstroy Holding, while Gorubso-Zlatograd is majority owned by Minstroy Holding.
