December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has entered into the register of public companies a subsequent issue of 1,371,041 shares in drug trader Sopharma Trading [BUL:SO5], allowing the company to seek its listing on the Sofia bourse.
Sopharma Trading increased its capital to 34,276,050 levs ($19.4 million/17.5 million euro) from 32,905,009 levs via the new issue, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
The company raised 9.4 million levs through the new issue, as it placed the shares at a price of 6.85 levs apiece.
Sopharma Trading shares closed unchanged at 5.65 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
Sopharma Trading is a unit of Bulgarian drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR].
