Bulgaria's FSC enters Sopharma Properties cap hike issue into public co register

Sopharma Properties REIT increased its capital to 21,415,928 levs ($12.0 million/10.9 million euro) from 20,953,944 levs through the issue, the company said in a bourse filing.

The company raised some 3 million levs by placing the shares at a price of 6.50 levs apiece.

Sopharma Properties REIT shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 6.40 levs.
