Bulgaria's FSC approves NID Industrial Fund cap hike prospectus

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 11 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has approved the prospectus of local NID Industrial Fund [BUL:5I5] for a capital increase via a new share issue.

The company will offer 1,208,927 shares for subscription at a price of 1.02 levs ($0.58/0.52 euro), the regulator said in a statement, published on Tuesday.

NID Industrial Fund's registered capital currently amounts to 805,951 levs.

NID Industrial Fund shares, which have a nominal value of 1 lev apiece, last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 0.50 levs.
