Bulgaria's FairPlay Properties shareholders ok 3.0 mln euro bond issue

December 10 (SeeNews) - The shareholders of Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:6F3] approved on Monday a 3.0 million euro ($3.87 million) corporate bond issue, the company said.

Bulgaria's FairPlay Properties shareholders ok 3.0 mln euro bond issue

The REIT will issue up to 3,000 eight-year bonds with a nominal price of 1,000 euro apiece, equal to their sale price, FairPlay Properties said in a bourse filing.

FairPlay Properties was trading down 1.88% at 0.26 levs in a volume of 2,000 shares by 1100 GMT on the Sofia bourse on Monday.
