Bulgaria's FairPlay Properties shareholders approve 0.0055 euro/share dividend for 2019

SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:6F3] said that its shareholders approved the proposed distribution of gross dividend of 0.0108 levs ($0.0065/0.0055 euro) per share for last year.

The REIT will pay out a total of 358,197 levs in dividend, representing 90% of the 2019 net profit, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

FairPlay Properties did not distribute dividend for 2018. 

As at 13:57 CET on Friday FairPlay Properties' shares traded flat at 0.30 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
