The company will pay out some 1.13 million levs in total out of its net profit of 1.17 million levs reported for last year, while the remaining earnings will cover losses from previous years, Exclusive Property said in a bourse filing.
Equity owners registered with the Central Depository as of June 14 will be able to choose between cash or scrip dividend, or a combination of both.
Last year, Exclusive Property distributed a gross dividend of some 0.0045 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 43,000 levs, according to previously disclosed information.
The company's shares last traded on Monday when they closed at 2.20 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
