The company had proposed to distribute as dividend its entire profit for last year of nearly 21.1 million levs.

The proposal was voted on at a general shareholders meeting on December 19, it said in a bourse filing.

The license territory of Energo-Pro Sales covers nearly 30,000 square kilometers in nine regions in northeastern Bulgaria. The company supplies electricity to nearly 1.1 million household and non-household customers. In 2013, Energo-Pro Sales posted electricity sales amounting to 4.8 terawatt-hours.

Energo Energo-Pro Sales is majority-owned by Energo-Pro Bulgaria, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Czech power group Energo-Pro.
