In 2013, Energo-Pro Grid had a profit of some 10.6 million levs ($6.7 million/5.4 million euro), it said in a bourse filing.
The proposal was approved by shareholders at a general meeting held on December 15.
The permit area of Energo-Pro Grid, majority-owned by Energo-Pro Bulgaria, itself a wholly-owned subsidiary of Czech power group Energo-Pro, covers nearly 30,000 square kilometers in Northeastern Bulgaria. The company operates and maintains an electricity distribution grid with length totaling 42,185 kilometers as well as 26 substations.
