Bulgaria's Eleven Capital gets 15 times higher dividend from Enhancv for 2021

October 24 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian growth capital provider Eleven Capital [BUL:11C] said on Monday it received a dividend of 247,440 levs ($124,903/126,514 euro) for 2021 from its portfolio company Enhancv R&D.

The software developer is one of Eleven Capital's portfolio companies which is most likely to develop in future and has a strong potential for international growth, the investment firm said in a bourse filing.

Last year, Enhancv R&D paid minority investor Eleven Capital a dividend of 16,000 levs for 2020.

Eleven Capital also said in the filing that Enhancv R&D is one of its portfolio companies in which it is most likely to potentially increase its investment.

The software development start-up offers subscription-based resume and CV building services. Enhancv R&D, which employs 10 staff, launched its platform in 2015.

Eleven Capital, established in January 2019, is the owner of the portfolio of local venture capital fund Eleven. The Eleven fund was launched in 2012 by Eleven Ventures as a 12 million euro ($11.85 million) acceleration and seed fund. Eleven Capital's portfolio consists of minority stakes in over 30 start-ups from Bulgaria and the Southeast Europe region.
