Bulgaria's Elana Agrocredit gets nod to list bond issue on BSE

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 23 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s financial regulator said it has approved the listing of a 5.26 million euro ($6.18 million) 63-month corporate bond, issued by financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA], on the stock exchange in Sofia.

The issue consists of 5,260 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement on Friday.

The issue carries an annual coupon of 3.2% with coupon payments due semiannually.

The bonds were issued by the company on July 15, 2017.
