Bulgaria's Ekip-98 Holding plans 0.26 euro per share one-off dividend

December 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Ekip-98 Holding [BUL:HEKI] said on Monday that it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a one-time gross dividend of 0.50 levs ($0.28/0.26 euro) per share from undistributed profits.

The company plans to pay out 390,002 levs in total to its equity owners, Ekip-98 said in a stock exchange filing.

Ekip-98 will also ask shareholders whether to distribute the dividend in cash or as new shares in the company, known as a scrip dividend.

The proposals will be put to the vote at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on January 3, 2024.

Shares in Ekip-98 Holding last traded on November 21 when they closed at 23.20 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
