Bulgaria's Ekip-98 Holding bond to start trading on Sofia bourse on Nov 2

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 27 (SeeNews) – The Bulgarian Stock Exchange said a 10 million levs ($5.9 million/5.1 million euro) seven-year corporate bond issued by diversified group Ekip-98 Holding [BUL:5EKA], will start trading on the Sofia bourse on November 2.

The issue consists of 10,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 levs each, the bourse said in a statement on Thursday.

The issue carries an annual coupon of 6.0% with coupon payments due semiannually.

The bonds were issued by the company on February 10.
