Bulgaria's Efemarai, QuarkXR to work with Bosch under startup programme

Efemarai and QuarkXR will work with Bosch experts on projects which are yet to be determined, Bosch Bulgaria said in an emailed statement.

The programme, called Bosch Startup Harbour, will run for four months. Depending on the achieved results, however, the partnership could continue after the completion of the programme.

Established in 2021, Efemarai provides a platform for machine learning (ML) testing. The goal of the company is to create a reliable solution to solve and prevent problems in various industries faster and more efficiently.

QuarkXR is a technology startup working in the area of augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR) and extended reality. The firm was set up in 2016 and is developing an ultra-fast software for visualisation of large and complex 3D models in the cloud. The software allows the transfer of models in near real time to users using AR/VR glasses.

In Bulgaria, the Bosch Startup Harbour programme is being conducted via Bosch.IO, a local unit of the German group focused on Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) projects.
