Bulgaria's EF Asset Management raises stake in local Delta Credit

October 12 (SeeNews) - A fund run by Bulgarian investment firm EF Asset Management has increased its stake in local debt purchase and securitisation company Delta Credit SPV [BUL:DLC] to 6.1308% from 3.8231%, Delta said on Wednesday.

Following the deal, the NMF EF Potential fund has crossed the disclosure threshold of 5%, Delta Credit said in a stock exchange filing.

With the transaction settled on October 4, funds managed by EF Asset own a total of 252,725 voting rights in Delta Credit.

Shares in Delta Credit last traded at 37 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data showed. The company’s equity capital is divided into 1.3 million shares with a par value of 1 lev ($0.50/0.51 euro) each.
