December 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Thursday that local Donev Investments Holding has acquired 550 shares in the company at a price of 2.96 levs ($1.68/1.51 euro) per share.
Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in three deals on December 4, Doverie United Holding said in a statement.
The 550 shares are equal to a 0.053% stake in Doverie United Holding.
Donev Investments Holding has been actively acquiring small packages of Doverie United Holding shares since the start of September.
The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is also the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.
At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.
As at 9:45 CET on Thursday, Doverie United Holding shares traded 1.33% higher at 3.04 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
