September 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Sopharma Properties REIT [BUL:6S6] said on Monday that local company Donev Investments Holding has acquired 3,000 of its shares at a weighted average price of 6.37 levs ($3.59/3.26 euro) apiece.
The acquired shares represent a 0.014% stake of Sopharma Properties' capital.

Donev Investments Holding bought the shares in four transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on September 13, Sopharma Trading said in a bourse filing.
On the same day, Sopharma Properties announced it has successfully raised some 3.0 million levs in a capital increase via a new share issue.
Donev Investments Holding is controlled by private investor Ognyan Donev, who held a 23.97% stake in Sopharma Properties as of June 2019. Donev Investments Holding itself held an 8.49% stake in the capital of Sopharma Properties, according to the company's most recent interim financial report.
Sopharma Properties' shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Friday when they closed unchanged at 6.35 levs.
