Bulgaria's Donev Investments Holding grows stake in Doverie United Holding

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:5DOV] said on Monday that local Donev Investments Holding has acquired 1,170 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 3.03 levs ($1.71/1.55 euro) per share.

Donev Investments Holding bought the shares in several deals on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange concluded on December 5 and December 6, Doverie United Holding said in a statement.

The acquired shares represent a 0.0062% stake in Doverie United Holding.

Donev Investments Holding has been acquiring small packages of Doverie United Holding's shares since the start of September.

The CEO of Donev Investments Holding - Ivan Donev, is also a member of Doverie United Holding's supervisory board. Donev Investments Holding is the largest shareholder in drug maker Sopharma [BUL:3JR], which in turn is the largest shareholder in Doverie United Holding.

At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held directly a stake of under 5% in Doverie United Holding.

As at 12:45 CET on Monday, Doverie United Holding shares traded unchanged at 3.12 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
