Bulgaria's Donev Investments Holding buys 1,800 shares in Sopharma

December 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug manufacturer Sopharma [BUL:3JR] said on Wednesday that local diversified group Donev Investments Holding has bought 1,800 shares in the company at a weighted average price of 3.43 levs ($1.9/1.7 euro) per share.

Donev Investments Holding acquired the shares in six transactions on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on December 3, Sopharma said in a bourse filing.

The acquired shares represent a 0.0013% ownership stake in Sopharma.

At the end of September, Donev Investments Holding held a stake of 25.39% in Sopharma, according to the drug maker's most recent interim financial statement

As at 11:10 CET on Wednesday, Sopharma's shares traded 1.18% higher at 3.43 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
