November 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's Darik Radio has increased its capital by 546,503 levs ($312,000/279,000 euro) to 7 million levs via a new share issue, according to commercial register data.
All 546,503 newly-issued shares were subscribed for by private investors Radosvet Radev and Albena Radeva, documents entered into the commercial register last week show.
The company's shareholders approved the decision for the capital increase at a meeting on September 18.
This is the fourth time the company has increased its capital so far this year. Darik Radio had a registered capital of some 4 million levs at the end of 2018.
Darik Radio generated consolidated revenue of 5 million levs in 2018 and posted a net loss of 641,000 levs.
