Bulgaria’s Compass Invest acquires 5.74% in Formoplast

October 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian plastics maker Formoplast [BUL:4F8] said on Tuesday that Sofia-based investment fund Compass Invest has acquired a 5.74% stake in the company.

Bulgaria’s Compass Invest acquires 5.74% in Formoplast

Compass Invest bought a total of 218,000 shares in Formoplast through its mutual funds Compass Progress, Compass Strategy and Compass Eurostability, the target company said in a bourse filing.

No financial details were disclosed.

Bulgarian flexible packaging manufacturer Plastchim-T was the majority shareholder in Formoplast at the end of June, holding some 2.1 million shares in the company, equivalent to a 55.74% stake.
