The proposal was supported by shareholders present at the general meeting on November 30 and representing 72.78% of the company's share capital, Chimimport said in a bourse filing last week.
The group skipped dividend distribution for 2021, retaining last year's standalone net earnings of 21.3 million levs.
The group's standalone profit in January-September was virtually unchanged from 18 million levs the year prior.
Chimimport has over 60 subsidiaries, active in various sectors of the economy, including banking, insurance, air transport, agriculture, petroleum and natural gas exploration, and others.
Shares in Chimimport closed 2.39% lower at 0.654 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday.
