Bulgaria's CCB extends bond term, changes coupon

November 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria’s Central Cooperative Bank [BUL:CCB] said it extended by five years the term to maturity of a 13 million euro ($14.1 million) bond [BUL:4CFB] to December 10, 2033, and changed its coupon rate.

Starting December 11, the bond's annual coupon rate will be raised to 3.6% from 2.75%, CCB said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.

The changes were endorsed at a general meeting of bondholders on November 15.

The bond issue was placed in December 2013, bourse data show.

Shares in CCB last traded on Wednesday when they closed at 1.49 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
