November 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's central bank said it granted a payment institution licence to local company Financial House Cash Express Service.
The licence allows the financial services company to execute money remittances, the Bulgarian National Bank said in a statement on Wednesday.
Cash Express Service, founded in 2001, operates from over 550 locations in Bulgaria and offers international money transfers through financial services company Western Union, according to its website.
