Bulgaria's Bultrade cuts stake in Atomenergoremont further

SOFIA (Bulgaria), September 1 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian power plant equipment maintenance and repair services company Atomenergoremont [BUL:68A] said on Friday its majority owner Bultrade Corporation has decreased its stake in the company to 59.8% from 62.0%.

Bultrade Corporation sold a total of 340,525 Atomenergoremont shares on August 31, Atomenergoremont said in a bourse filing. The name of the buyer was not disclosed.

On August 23, Bultrade Corporation sold a total of 19.7 million Atomenergoremont shares in two separate transactions, reducing its stake in the company to 62.0% from 74.0%.

Earlier in August, Atomenergoremont said Bultrade Corporation decreased its stake in the company to 74.0% from 80.2%.
