Bulgaria's Bobov Dol TPP plans 0.10 euro/share dividend for 2023

May 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian thermal power plant (TPP) Bobov Dol [BUL:TBD] is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 0.20 levs ($0.11/0.10 euro) per share for 2023, it said on Wednesday.

The company plans to distribute as dividend some 1.74 million levs out of its net profit of 12.15 million levs reported for last year, TPP Bobov Dol said in a stock exchange filing. The remaining earnings would be retained as undistributed profit.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 24.

TPP Bobov Dol distributed a gross dividend of 0.15 levs per share for 2022, or some 1.31 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Bobov Dol TPP's shares last traded on May 15 when they closed at 27 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
