The company plans to cover its net loss of some 301,130 levs ($166,960/153,965 euro) reported for 2023 using accumulated undistributed profit from previous years, Bianor said in a stock exchange filing.

The proposal will be voted upon at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 21.

Bianor skipped dividend distribution for 2022 after paying out a gross dividend of 4.30 levs per share for the prior year, according to previously disclosed information.

Last month, Bianor raised just over 20 million levs in a capital increase led by local private equity firm BlackPeak Capital.

As of 1345 CEST on Monday, shares in Bianor Holding traded 0.40% higher at 4.96 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
