Bulgaria's Atomenergoremont plans 0.02 euro per share dividend for 2023

May 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian power plant equipment maintenance company Atomenergoremont [BUL:ATOM] said on Wednesday that it is proposing to its shareholders to distribute a gross dividend of 0.04 levs ($0.022/0.02 euro) per share for 2023.

The company plans to return to its investors some 614,206 levs in total from its net profit of 33.58 million levs reported for last year, Atomenergoremont said in a bourse filing. The remaining earnings would be retained as undistributed profit.

The proposal will be voted upon at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for June 12.

Last year, Atomenergoremont paid out a gross dividend of 0.025 levs per share for 2022, or 383,879 levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Atomenergoremont last traded on April 29 when they closed at 13.00 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
