The deadline for submitting offers is November 27, the municipality said in a tender notice.

Bids will be ranked based on price, with 60% weight in the final mark, and technical criteria.

The tender is part of a broader effort by Bulgaria to shut down a large number of landfills which are in breach of EU legislation.
