Bulgaria’s Arteks Engineering 6.0 Mln Euro Bond Gets Regulatory Nod for Bourse Trading

October 22 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial regulator said on Wednesday it has admitted for trading on the Sofia bourse a seven-year bond worth 6.0 million euro ($7.8 million) issued by construction company Arteks Engineering.

The company has placed 6,000 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each. The issue dated July 3 carries an annual coupon of three-month Euribor plus 3.0% but not less than 7.5%, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement.

Arteks Engineering officials were not immediately available to provide details.

The Sofia-based company is 99.99% owned by local businessman Plamen Mirianov.
