Bulgaria’s Armeets raises stake in Chimsnab Bulgaria to 7.14%

November 9 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian insurance company Armeets has raised its stake in chemical products maker Chimsnab Bulgaria [BUL:58E] to 7.14%, the chemical company said on Friday.

Armeets bought a total of 71,984 shares in the chemicals producer, equivalent to 2.89% of its share capital in a transaction registered at the country’s Central Depository on October 31, Chimsnab said in a statement to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).

No financial details were disclosed.

Chimsnab Bulgaria last traded on BSE on November 1, closing flat at 32 levs ($20.8/16.4 euro) in a volume of 470 shares.
