Bulgaria's Arcus Finance raises 6.1 mln euro in cap hike

November 21 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial services company Arcus Finance has raised 12 million levs ($6.8 million/6.1 million euro) in a capital increase via a new share issue, commercial register data shows.

Arcus Finance placed 12 million shares at a price of 1 lev each, equal to their nominal value, documents entered into the commercial register earlier this week showed.

Following the capital increase, the company's capital amounts to 13 million levs.

The company booked net interest income of 344,000 levs in 2018, ending the year with a net profit of 226,000 levs, according to its annual financial statement. In its financial statement, the company announced that its long-term plan envisages listing on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
