October 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's consumer prices rose by 2.3% year-on-year in September, after increasing by 2.9% in August, the National Statistical Institute (NSI) said on Monday.

On a monthly comparison basis, consumer prices edged down 0.3% in September, after adding 0.1% in August, NSI said in a statement.
