Bulgaria's Albena sells majority stake in hotel operator Hemustourist

December 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian resort operator Albena [BUL:6AB] said on Monday that it has sold its 98.39% stake in local hotel operator Hemustourist.

Albena did not provide further details in its stock exchange filing,

Hemustourist generated revenue of 692,000 levs ($430,000/354,000 euro) and a slim net profit of 1,000 levs in 2019, according to its annual financial statement. The company owns two hotels in the town of Gabrovo - Yantra and Balkan.
