The payout would be disbursed from the company's net profit of 8.84 million levs reported for 2023, Agria Group said in a bourse filing on Wednesday. The farming group did not disclose what it planned to do with the remaining earnings.

Investors will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 27.

The company's equity capital is divided into 6.8 million shares of 1 lev in par value each, which would represent a gross dividend of 0.10 levs per share.

Last year, Agria Group's shareholders approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 1 lev per share for 2022, or 6.8 million levs in total.

Shares in Agria Group last traded on Wednesday when they closed at 23.50 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
