Bulgaria’s Advance Terrafund sells 6,932 ha of farmland in Jan-Sep

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 16 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment fund Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said on Tuesday it sold 6,932 hectares (ha) of farmland at an average price of 8,690 levs ($5,798/4,443 euro) per ha in the first nine months of 2012.

In September alone, the fund sold a total of 1,637 ha of farmland, it said in its monthly newsletter.

Advance Terrafund’s portfolio consisted of 24,619 ha of farmland and 13.9 ha of urban land at the end of September.
