Bulgaria's Advance Terrafund plans 0.103 euro/share dividend

Advance Terrafund plans to return to its investors 90% of its distributable profit of 18.96 million levs reported for 2023, the REIT said in a bourse filing.

The proposal will be put to the vote at a general meeting of shareholders scheduled for May 21.

Advance Terrafund paid out a gross dividend of 0.242 levs per share for 2022, or some 20.6 million levs in total, according to previously disclosed information.

As of 1415 CET on Tuesday, shares in Advance Terrafund traded flat at 3.40 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
