Bulgaria's Advance Terrafund buys 82.8 ha of farm land in Sept

Advance Terrafund REIT also sold 1.1 ha of farm land at a price of 7,669 euro per ha in September, the company said in a bourse filing.

At the end of September, the real estate investment trust owned 22,588 ha of farm land, including land sold on deferred payment terms but still owned by the company, and 12.2 ha of urban land.

The company expects to book 3.35 million euro in rental revenue for the 2019/2020 agricultural year, out of which 71.2% was collected by the end of September.
