Opel is the market leader in the eleven-month period with a 10.13% share, followed by Toyota with 9.67% and Volkswagen with 8.9%, ACM said in a statement.
Sales of new busses and trucks increased to 3,905 in the first 11 months of the year from 2,851 a year earlier. Mercedes topped the list with 1,364 units sold.

Sales of new cars in Bulgaria rose by 22% to 52,009 in 2007. The Black Sea country of 7.6 million people does not manufacture automobiles. Growth in new car sales in Bulgaria will slow down to 18% in the next couple of years but the market will remain attractive, according to research by international agency Research and Markets.
