ViK Burgas intends to finance the contract via EU funding under operational programme Environment 2014-2020, it said in a tender notice.

The deadline for submitting offers is October 29.

Bids will be ranked based on price, with 60% weight, and technical criteria.

The initial tender, launched in July, was cancelled on August 28 due to errors in the tender documentation.
