Bulgarian tobacco co Dupnitsa Tabak exits Chimco

SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 22 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian tobacco company Dupnitsa Tabak [BUL:4DA] said on Thursday it has sold its 11.52% stake in local insolvent chemical fertiliser producer Chimco [BUL:4CK]

Bulgarian tobacco co Dupnitsa Tabak exits Chimco

The transaction, whose value was not disclosed, took place on November 15, Dupnitsa Tabak said in a bourse filing.

Chimco shares were last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on November 16, closing 2.04% lower at 0.048 levs ($0.031/0.025 euro). The company’s market capitalization is 654,200 levs.
