Bulgarian Stock Exchange delists Balkanika Estates REIT

The delisting is in line with a recent decision by the financial regulator to remove the REIT from the public company register, the Sofia bourse operator said in a notice.

Balkanika Estates REIT's registered capital amounts to some 650,000 levs ($364,000/332,000 euro) divided into an equal number of shares, according to Bulgarian Stock Exchange data.
