The blue-chip SOFIX index, which tracks the 15 most liquid shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE), shed 1.02% to 321.23 points, after falling by 0.66% on Friday.
The broader BG40, which includes the 40 most traded shares, dropped 0.95% to 116.20 points after losing 0.47% in the previous trading session.
Total turnover on the regulated market fell to 414,192 levs ($277,000/212,000 euro) from 580,163 levs on Friday.
Five of the 12 SOFIX members traded on Monday advanced three fell and four ended flat.
Industrial group Chimimport [BUL:6C4] led the SOFIX gainers, closing 4.17% higher at 0.75 levs as 970 shares changed hands.
Tobacco group Bulgartabac Holding [BUL:57B] was the top blue-chip decliner for a second session running, shedding 7.94% to 60.3 levs in a volume of 75 shares.
The BG-REIT index, which tracks the performance of real estate investment trusts, ended 1.06% higher at 80.84 points after falling by 0.79% on Friday.
The BG TotalReturn30, in which companies with a free float of at least 10% have equal weight, gained 0.05% to 253.31 points following a 0.32% decrease in the previous trading session.
The CGIX Corporate Governance index, which includes companies strictly applying corporate governance principles, ended 0.24% higher at 76.04 points. It lost 1.74% on Friday.
