Bulgarian REIT Advance Terrafund sells 920 ha of farm land in Jan-July

SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 15 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said on Tuesday it has sold 919.6 ha of agricultural land at an average price of 14,500 levs ($8,710/7,414 eruo) per hectare in the first seven months of the year.

The blue-chip REIT has also struck deals for the sale of a further 465.6 ha of agricultural land in the January-July period under deferred payment plans, the company said in a bourse filing.

Advance Terrafund did not acquire any agricultural land in July.

At end-July, Advance Terrafund owned 22,802.9 ha of agricultural land.

As at 1350 CET on Tuesday, Advance Terrafind shares traded without change at 2.3 levs.
