SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 15 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said on Friday it bought 55 ha of agricultural land at an average price of 4,141 euro ($4,888) per hectare in November.

Advance Terrafund sold a total of 14.6 ha of farm land in November, the company said in a filing to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

At end-November, Advance Terrafund owned 21,950 ha of agricultural land, acquired at an average price of 2,470 euro per ha.

As at 14:00 CET on Friday, Advance Terrafund shares traded 0.69% higher at 2.2 levs.
