Bulgarian REIT Advance Terrafund buys 32 ha of farm land in Oct

SOFIA (Bulgaria), November 16 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) Advance Terrafund [BUL:6A6] said on Thursday it bought 34 ha of agricultural land at an average price of 4,213 euro ($4,956) per hectare in October.

The company did not sell any land in October, Advance Terrafund said in a filing to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

At end-October, Advance Terrafund owned 21,910 ha of agricultural land, acquired at an average price of 2,470 euro per ha.

As at 1250 CET on Thursday, Advance Terrafund shares traded 0.41% higher at 2.21 levs.
